The Group

Founded in 1996, the Aurora Group as its foundations in the development of exclusive and high quality individual villas in prime locations around the South of Portugal, Algarve.

With its headquarters in Carvoeiro, Central Algarve, the group rose from the need to bring a new luxury lifestyle concept to one of most attractive locations in Europe.
With a strong European network of contacts in the financing, selling, sourcing and building sectors, Aurora Group activities cover the entire development process from the initial phase of site identification, acquisition, planning and design on to project financing, construction and sales through to the property management and letting service after completion.

Aurora Group set up one of the most prestige projects in the Benagil, Algarve, Portugal, with 74 hectares of land on the ocean cliffs with plans to invest 220 million euros, a partnership with Inland, which is operated by the Benfica football club president. (See article)

Aurora Group Finance is seeking to raise 20% and 35% of the total costs of the Ocean and Beach resorts respectively. Aurora Group is financing 100% of the Lakeside resort. Aurora Group has personally financed the complete structure, due diligences of all projects, the marketing, planning, and the initial set up of the Aurora V.I.P. facilities until today without any bank finance.
